    Executive Committee

    Section 11 (3) of the CAF Act,2016 provides for the constitution of the Executive Committee of the State Authority. The Executive Committee of the State CAMPA, State Authority has been constituted vide Notification No 4714-Ft-1-2018/16979 Chandigarh Dated the 22-11-2018 and it consists of the following members with the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Haryana as its Chairperson.

    1. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Haryana : Chairperson
    2. Chief Wildlife Warden, Haryana : Member
    3. Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Forestry), Haryana : Member
    4. Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Development), Haryana: Member
    5. A nominee of Revenue Department, Haryana : Member
    6. A nominee of Finance Department, Haryana : Member
    7. A nominee of Planning Department, Haryana : Member
    8. A nominee of Environment Department, Haryana : Member
    9. A nominee of Rural Development Department, Haryana : Member
    10. A nominee of Agriculture Department, Haryana : Member
    11. A nominee of Panchayati Raj Department, Haryana : Member
    12. A nominee of Science and Technology Department, Haryana : Member
    13. Two-eminent Non Government Organizations (to be appointed by the Government of Haryana : Member
    14. Two Representatives of District level Panchayati Raj : Member
    15. Institutions (to be appointed by Government of Haryana) : Member

    Functions and Powers of Executive Committee of State Authority

    The executive committee of a State Authority shall

    1. formulate and submit annual plan of operations to the steering committee of the State Authority for its concurrence;
    2. undertake qualitative and quantitative supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the works being implemented from amounts available in the State Fund;
    3. invest surplus amounts available in the State Fund of such State;
    4. maintain books of account and other records;
    5. submit reports to the steering committee of the State Authority;
    6. prepare annual report of the State Authority;
    7. deploy staff on contractual basis or on deputation to the posts in the State Authority;
    8. formulate proposals for creation of posts in the State Authority;
    9. be responsible for delegation of financial or administrative powers;
    10. be responsible for other day-to-day working in respect of the State Authority;
    11. maintain and update public information system on the State Authority and present all information on its transaction in the public domain;
    12. undertake any other work as may be assigned by the governing body or steering committee of the State Authority or the State Government, from time to time
